We hired a nanny from The Nanny Bali. We were a little nervous at first because it was the first time having our child being taken care by someone else. However, from the moment the nanny arrived, our child got along with her very well. She was professional and lovingly caring to our child. Definitely recommend!

Very reliable and punctual. We only needed a babysitter after we got our son to sleep and we were very comfortable to have our nanny Muri Groen Ketut at our villa in case our son woke up. We were able to go out in the evening for a nice relaxed dinner and cocktails. We used them a few time and I will definitely recommend.

Santi was in charge of caring for our 2 daughters aged 4 years and eight months whilst in Bali in June 2016. We were there for 4 weeks and Santi worked with us every day across the month. Santi was a wonderful carer who immediately boned with the children and was able to engage and interact with both ages. Santi was charged with all responsibilities to do with the baby including preparing and feeding meals, sterilising bottles, managing sleeps and bathing. Santi’s English is excellent and she is a very strong swimmer also and helped teach my eldest daughter to swim. My husband and I could not recommend Santi highly enough, we were able to leave the children in Santi’s care at the Villa for extended periods knowing that they were in the best hands possible. Santi is a wonderful, smart and funny lady whom the whole family adored, we miss her very much, as do our girls

Made Riasti looked after our 2 years-old son while we spent some time together on our honeymoon and she was just amazing! After a day I felt like she was part of our family. Our son absolutely adored her and we instantly felt she was safe and cared for with her. I must also add she can make bird out of balloons!! Lots of laughs and entertainment.we will use her again for our next visit, thank you so much

Mde Riasti was punctual, friendly, prepared, patient, and so caring. We stayed with her the first day while she got to know our son. We had no hesitation trusting mde to care for our son and then is still talking about mde a week later.

We are very happy with new experience with team the best bali nanny, our communication was great leading up to our holiday. We had Ayu to look after our children. She was great with our girls – an extra set of hands and someone to be with the girls during afternoon naps and evenings meant we actually spend some time together ourselves and have a REAL holiday. This was our first time using the best bali nanny after our best friend recommended them (and specifically recommended Ayu Adi) we were sold! We loved Ayu from the moment we met her. She is so calm and gentle with our 3 girls. Our eldest was actually unwell and clingy for most of the trip so I was afraid she might not go with Ayu if I wasn’t around but I was wrong! Both girls loved her and went with her to kids club and for walks without me, without a fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Ayu again.

We booked Nanny Mde Riasti for 7 days of our holiday. She was an angel sent from heaven. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a Nanny I didn’t know and couldn’t have imagined I would be ok leaving our two kids on their own with her. But after only a few hours I could see how amazing she was. The kids loved her. It made our holiday all the more enjoyable having her around and we are so grateful. I hope she can come again next year.

Wayan Surianti is a wonderful Nanny. She is very attentive to children of all ages and has a magical talent keeping them occupied and happy. Wayan is very careful and I feel very confident when my children are swimming and playing with Wayan. We will always book Wayan Surianti when we come to Bali.
